OLIVIER MEZZADRI
Bio//
Olivier is a bass player, singer and composer. After playing in many bands in Paris, France, he moved to the U.S, when he was 22 to study music in San Francisco and then Los Angeles.
He toured throughout the United States, played the club circuit many times in Los Angeles (Gazzari's, Roxy, Whiskey a gogo...) worked on various music projects, soundtrack and composition, recorded in the most famous studios in Hollywood.;
He was involved in many rock, alternative, blues, glam, funk, hard rock, pop, punk, industrial, new wave projects and worked with Jimmy Crespo (Aerosmith, Rod Stewart), Bo Werner (Yngwie Malsteen), Jimmy Griego (Bobby Kimball Band), Grant Estes (Suicidal Tendencies), Carmen Electra (Prince), Joe Simon ( Billy Idol).
He auditioned for Ozzy Osbourne, Zakk Wylde and Randy Castillo at Frank Zappa's Joe's Garage in Los Angeles.
He recorded 2 albums, produced by Albhy Galuten and John X Volaitis, distributed by Pony Canyon, in Japan with the group Casino Drive, toured and played at the Budokan in Tokyo. He was endorsed by Fernandes in this country.
Back in France after working almost 11 years in the United States, he played with the industrial metal group Treponem Pal.
For the past 15 years, he has been creating music for professionals in the audiovisual, film, advertising, multimedia, event and entertainment industry.
Olivier is currently finishing writing and recording demo songs for an upcoming EP.
